This weekend was cool, cara and I went runnin with the devil lvp, ed, mca, fuckin steve and fuckin sam?. My back hurts from chopping wood, my legs hurt from running in sand to catch the frizbee and everything else hurts from sleeping on the ground.

anywhoo, i went to the track yesterday with adam johnston to check it out. it seems prety cool. its in a park and you can go whenever you want. every category races the same races every night and there are juniors young, juniors old and masters categorys added to the mix. then there are consolation races and then the grand finale (1-2's) its a little different and not as bad as i thought. there are tons of people, probably the amount at blane. the track isnt that poorly banked, i guess i was thinking of northobrook and not trexlertown.

So i did this loop today. that deal is prety sweet.
